Instantly comfortable.

Bought it for Zumba and waited until I did a few classes before posting a review. I went a half size up to 7.5 because I wanted comfort and I have wide feet. I got it and it fit perfectly with no breaking in needed. I bought the color that was cheaper and I have no regrets. It was actually very attractive shoes. I usually get new balance cross trainers. These feel a lot lighter in contrast. I'm not sure which I like better but I'm very happy with this purchase so far.
Narrower than Devotion Plus 2
Amazon Customer✓ Verified PurchaseSeptember 13, 2023
I've been using my Devotion Plus 2's for the past 5 years until the sole started peeling away. I found the DP2's extremely comfortable. I got these because they were Ryka and the colors were way prettier than any of the current Devotion lines. They are good shoes, and the insole and laces are definitely better than DP2. However, the footbed is a bit narrower. I probably should've known as these are training, not walking shoes. It's a little uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. Hopefully they'll widen out as I break them in.
Luv the colors & the style
CC Cruz✓ Verified PurchaseSeptember 6, 2023
Really luv the colors & think the style is really cool, but there r several things I don't like about them. The toe box is a little too wide so that when I walk it bends ( like a crease) & rubs my small toe. All my sneaks r med width & never had this problem. On the left side of each sneaker is a kind of bulge right below the small toe where maybe people might have a bunion. I wondered if that's what it's for, but none of my other sneakers have it. Looks a little weird. The banding that goes around the sneaker is very rigid, not flexible at all. If u get a size that's snug I think that may b uncomfortable. None of my other sneakers r like that, all of them r flexible. But this pr isn't snug so it's not a problem. The shoelaces r very flimsy (thin widthwise & thickness), but I don't want to change them bcuz they match the trim. Lastly, but maybe most importantly, they have insoles that match the trim & shoelaces (dk pink) & the color leached out all over the bottom of my sox, & it doesn't come out in the wash. Never had that happen in my life! So, after saying all that, I decided I liked the colors & style enough that I'd keep them. I'm going to wear a thicker sock so maybe it won't rub my toe & hope eventually the color will stop running into my sox. When I wear them I wear the same sox so I don't ruin a lot of them. I switch my sneakers every day (have 7 prs). Hope this helps!
Forgot to say that the sneakers r comfortable (except for the toe rubbing)!

I just wanted to comment on the review below mine about the "running shoe sole". I feel the exact same way. Makes your feet look so much bigger. That's why I like this style so much it's kinda slenderizing. I'll actually order another pair. I can't stand all that extra rubber on the sole & behind your heel on almost all sneakers. Who needs to make your feet look bigger?
True to EU 43

The size is a perfect 43 as advertised, great arch support and even support to not walk pigeon toed. Love the color, love the weight being so airy
Great Cross Trainer Shoe

I bought these for my HIIT, lifting and boxing workouts and I love them. Really comfortable shoe with an arch support. I usually hate arch support because it's too much and hurt my feet, but this was just enough. They are made for cross training, so they don't have a ton of shock absorption and padding, but I did use them to run on the treadmill and they were still comfortable. Not sure I'd use them if I was an avid runner, but they work perfectly for what I listed.
