I bought these specifically to cover them with masks. They're great as far as being covered goes. They stand up by themselves, and don't tend to fall over at all, even with people running next to them. I don't handle them very often, so I'm not quite sure how "sturdy" they are, but they're Styrofoam of some sort, so I can't imagine that they would hold up if you handled them every day. But for display purposes, they're amazing! I'm sure I'll buy more in the future.

Small heads! But who needs more "˜big' heads! The small heads do the job, though. I also thought they were on the expensive side but not sure as this was first time buying.

This worked really well for a Halloween ghost prop! I painted the eyes black, glued an eyelet screw on the top, and then glued a wire hanger to the bottom to create "shoulders". (There's a hole at the bottom of the head that I shoved the hanger into) Then I pinned a cut up garbage bag to the base so it wouldn't look like just a floating head and then draped several layers of cheesecloth over everything. When it was hung up with fishing wire it made a spooky looking ghost that was less expensive than similar store bought props. I would say the only down side is that the head is a little small to be a full grown adult, but for my purposes, who cares?
