Fiery Flynn is one of the talking ones. Has great sayings. My Grandson gets a lot of fun out of it. Every Thomas the Train collection should have one.

This item came in damaged packaging that was taped together. It was supposed to have sounds and lights but it does not work. So disappointed.

Shame on me for not reading the dimensions of this train. ( Product Dimensions: 2.5 x 1.3 x 4.3 inches ; 5.6 ounces) From the price ($14.70) and image I naturally assumed it was a bit larger... so imagine my surprise when it arrived in a little larger than a large Hot Wheels car packaging!
Other than the size it works great and very durable. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return it since it's not very appropriate for my 3 year old nephew who'd rather push a fire engine along the house all day long and not limit it to a track that is made to accompany the series of automobiles designed for the Take-n-Play Thomas the Train Take and Play playsets.
So..... if this is an addition you need for your Take-n-Play playsets then by all means this is perfect for you! But if you want a durable, reasonably priced, larger firetruck, try Walmart. I got one there instead for $10 and my nephew was elated!!
As for me for not reading more carefully before I ordered online..... MY BAD!

I kept this train until recently when I gave it to my nephew (who is now 4) even though he didn't have the Take-n-Play playset. HE LOVED IT!
Other than the size it works great and very durable. My grandson loves the Thomas line. He was so excited and plays with it for hours. Thank God-no plug in toys for him!
