So I play a lot of Video games, many of them I play competitively - both with mouse and Keyboard and Controller. On top of that I constantly type 7-8 hours a day 5 days a week at work. I've began to develop some wrist pain probably from RSI (repetitive strain injury). I've used braces, splints, wraps, all of it. I found this and said eh, whatever I can afford to gamble a few bucks on this. Honestly it works REALLY WELL. It's good at stabilizing moment to a point where you won't hyper-extend and keeps a very tiny amount of pressure which I've noticed to actually be comfortable and keep swelling down. It's working really well, I've been play for 4 hours and I wrote this whole review and I'm wearing it and it's helping a lot. I'm very grateful. I won't sleep in it though, I'm sure people could. I sleep in a actual wrist brace with a metal support inside that kind of thing, but this is PERFECT for daily use.

She likes the fact that if you need to wash your hands, you don't necessarily need to remove this. She also likes the fact that this wrist guard is adjustable, and when adjusted properly it prevents her wrist from moving a lot. This allows
her wrist to remain stable while she goes about doing her chores including watching her 3 month grand baby.

I used this Wrap when I had a broken wrist to stabilize the wrist. The break felt so much better with this. It frees up the fingers nicely. Wore it for 3 weeks and I was so happy to find this. My Doctor had a hard removable cast made from my elbow to my wrist (my elbow was broken as well).
There was no functioning ability at all and I soon removed it, let the elbow heel on it's own and used this Wrist Wrap. Was very happy with this.

I really like this wrist wrap! It helped me a lot when I hurt my wrist in Jiu-jitsu.
It is very easy to put on: just insert your thumb into the thumb hole and wrap around your wrist and it will velcro to itself.
It feels very secure when it is on and if you make it tight, it will supply some compression and slightly immobilize the wrist joint.
I'd recommend this to anyone who has wrist pain or injury. Best of luck!
