Used it for elderly lady to stabilize her hip joint after hip surgery. It worked when it was used. She needed assistance to put on correctly.

The smallest did not get tight enough for any meaningful kind of support, although it says it should fit me according to the posted measurements. If you have si issues or dislocation and subluxing issues, don't bother
