A knock off or counterfeit. Yes cheaper than the manufacturer but not even close to worry the price. Had a couple months and the gas flow is terrible and already corroding.
So far they work great but but the support pin did not line up ...

Very poor grade of stainless steel. Rusted the first few days. Was not an exact fit but worked out alright with a small adjustment.

This did not fit well at all. The pins didn't line up so we had to drill, also the support that keeps it the correct height was missing and we had to reuse the old one and do all sorts of modification. Would have returned if we weren't in a jam to use it immediately due to guests coming.
