Actually higher quality than I expected. The arm handles seem as though they are sewn on well and will last. The zippers, however, are plastic and a little on the cheaper side. One has already broken but it was a side pocket so it didn't matter. It is a very sturdy backpack and has a ton of pockets and little pouches to use. They have velcro so you won't lose them when you open up the backpack. We used a sharpie to list what is in each container. We use them for a high school band.

I received the new bag from Amazon and I have left the original review attached at the bottom. It almost looks like the first bag I received was a clone of the real bag. I am happy with the new bag as it came with all of the pieces described. It was clean too. Very spacious and feels like it will be a good one.

I am missing the 9 clear organizers and the front pouch. And how the shipping went with the bag I'm not looking forward to a speedy recovery of the missing parts. Will update if this is resolved. Also the product is dirty and looks like it was drug across a floor before packaged.

We bought this for occasional use. We packed our medicine cabinet into this bag to make it easier to bring with us on camping trips. My neurotic wife would bring half of the cabinet and the put it back in a way that made it hard for me to find anything. Now everything has its place whether at home or on the road. Maybe I am the neurotic one? Lol Seriously good product. many little containers inside with velcro to hold them in place so it is not a mess when you open it up.
