Ordered two of these to rewind 600 rolls of standard 4x6 labels with some die cuts to reorient the cuts. After two rolls, the set screw on one of the Plexiglas guides stripped. One of the two units didn't ship with Plexiglas guides at all. The motors have very little torque - having to wind the last third of the roll by hand. I don't think there's any way these are going to last through the 600 rolls I need to do.
