very thin...
Wanted to like it, but........

It is what it says. I tried a recipe that used this in place of bread for grilled type sandwiches. It turned out ok, it doesn't have much of a flavor which is good, however, I just couldn't get past the texture. It did work like it was supposed to, but for me, a little too spongy.
