Took them for 2 months and they worked nicely. I had bloating in the beginning for about a week or two while my gut was getting used to the good bacteria, but it normalized and I was able to use the restroom more and have less gas. Definitely recommend!

Doesn't work well for me. Need to find other brand that will work better. Instead of working as a probiotic it tends to feel like the opposite.

I felt the need to write this as i have had stomach problems most of my life. I have really had to eat bland food as to not have digestive problems. Then I was told about probiotics so i started taking them. I usually switch them up monthly to get different strains in my system. For me this probiotic was just ok. Some symptoms started coming back when i started taking these. So for me, back to my old faithful gs supplements probiotic which settles my stomach and intestines really well. Much better than this one.
