Got the Satin Nickle version. Looks good, works as advertised. Wish it would have come with the washers for the mounting, but we knew that ahead of time so we were able to make sure we got those separately (though it was a little bit of a pain in the butt since most units come with them).

Didn't fit the Waste King we bought from Amazon. Looks nice, but our plumber tried for 30 minutes and couldn't get it to work.

This is a really solid, nicely made disposal flange. Fit my sink and disposal (Joneca Titan from Costco) perfectly. This will NOT fit an InSinkerator type disposal.
It is solid metal, unlike the cheap, metal clad plastic that came with my disposal.
I just bought a brand new SS Sink and wanted this in Brushed Nickel finish to replace the old beat up flange. Others have complained about the Dark Rubbed Bronze finish wearing off. Hope that does not happen to my Satin Nickel finish, and only time will tell.
That's all the good stuff. Now the negatives....
1) ALL you get is the flange and a stopper. No splash guard, No washers, no retainer ring, no instructions. If your old hardware is messed up, you will be making a trip to the hardware store to get the essentials. Lucky for me, my new SS sink came with a standard drain flange, which had the gaskets I needed, and my old retainer ring still usable.My old splash guard was also serviceable, so I reused that.

2) Their info says "Do not use plumber's putty." No statement as to WHY, no statement as to WHAT to USE. I watched a dozen YouTube videos, 99% use putty, so I used putty. Seems fine. Time will tell.

Overall, a well made product. Only time will tell its durability. The price is rather steep, but these are not easy to find for the Joneca brand, so I was stuck. For the cost, it would have been really nice to find all the associated hardware and a simple instruction sheet in the box.

Heavy duty and looks nice. Works with my Waste King 2600 EZ mount.

This is NOT stainless steel ! But I am pretty much satisfied with the product as it is solid brass with a plated steel look to it. Hopefully this plating will last. I probably should have just went with a chromed one as you know what you are getting. Product made in China with the box imprinted "Brass" "stainless "stell" and yes, its is spelled that way. Please note- all the people buying this because it is offered in all different types of finishes, Oiled bronze, White, etc. should know these finishes are not like buying a Moen Faucet that has a lifetime warranty. I am not surprised the "exotic finishes would wear off in a couple months. If you want a inlet to match your faucet, I would go with a different disposal like ISE that is easier to find inlets to match your faucet.
