Awesome Super B Complex tablets! Easy to swallow with our without liquid and have been gentle on my stomach. Like all vitamin B complex tablets, they emit a strong odor from the bottle, but that's the worst of it. Everything else about this vitamin seems to be of high quality and are packaged in a solid plastic container. I would recommend these one-a-day tablets for those looking for a quality B complex vitamin.
