Grilled Jerk Chicken! Yum!

Yummy! Used this to marinate chicken wings for a little bit than fired it up on the grill! I did lather up the chicken while it was cooking with a mixture of brown sugar & bbq for some more flavor. Delicious!
Great value and quantity!

Works well for my Jerk Chicken Recipe. Perhaps this is slightly more spicy than the McCormick seasoning I purchased in the store, but I like it! I will purchase this product again in the future.
Love that jerk!

This is one of my all time favorite seasoning for chicken. I'm sure it's good on others meats too, but the best chicken in my opinion! It's a hard seasoning to find in grocery stores so I think this is a really good buy. Will order again.
Dam Good!

This is really good stuff. I bought this and their Cajun Bayou at the same time. I have used both at least 4 or 5 times since I got them. All of the members of my family really love them both. They prefer the Cajun Bayou over the Jerk on meats, pork, steak, etc. However, they prefer the Jerk over the Cajun Bayou on Fish and chicken. We prefer using them as dry rubs!
This seasoning is very good

The flavor of this seasoning is very, very good. We all really liked it. I've tried it on pork and chicken so far, and they both came out delicious.

For the pork, I made a marinade by combining the seasoning, some corn oil, little bit of water, and fresh lime juice. I let it marinate for a few hours, then grilled it. I made a cream sauce to go along with it, adding a little bit (about 1/4 tsp) of the jerk seasoning to the sauce. I squeezed some lime onto the finished pork with cream sauce on top, and it was so good.

For the boneless chicken, I made the same marinade and let the chicken marinate for about a half hour. Then I skewered the chicken and grilled it. I made the same cream sauce with the jerk seasoning and added it to cooked pasta to make a kind of Jamaican pasta alfredo (minus the cheese). The chicken and pasta together were very good.

I would definitely recommend this seasoning.
