2nd delivery arrived damaged but we had drawer fixed. 1st delivery panels destroyed. Cheap product & poor packaging. Otherwise looks nice & what others here said "you get what you pay for"
but the furniture itself acts like it's going to fall apart

After opening the packaging, I found multiple scratches and chipping on the furniture pieces. After assembly, not all, but some of the damage is visible on the outside. There were mistakes in the assembly instruction. Minor ones that didn't really affect the assembly too much, but still. The furniture looks decent after assembly, but is unstable and shakes whenever I walk near it. It's not that the furniture isn't standing on even ground, because it is, but the furniture itself acts like it's going to fall apart.
Bottom line: it functions for now, but that's just about it.

This could have been a nice product/purchase.... However somewhere /sometime before it arrived the item was damaged while still in the packaging. It was only after unpacking, and beginning the assembly process that I realized many of the pieces were cracked, split or damaged in some way. The darn thing weighs a lot and to attempt to repack it would be too much of a task.... Too bad.... Not happy.... Can't do to much about it either.... Don't recommend buying it

I live in an older home with small closets. I bought 2 of these and placed them side by side. It has been the ticket for finding my clothes again. Off season clothes go in the small closet and in season clothes go in these cabinet,-which now we each have our own (his and hers). Everything arrived i in good condition (boxes were a little beat up from shipping) but it all arrived with all cabinet pieces very well protected and scratch free. i put this on top because its important. take good quality clear tape and tape the back board (that is like flexible )and run the tape all around so the board lifespan lasts without opening and loosening. Best product out there for the price. Amazing. Zero flaw in instructions. everything had been pre drilled. you should not make any holes of your own. if you are not seeing the hole then ask for help. all holes were perfect. on the bottom you add like 4 wood boards, that was a bit confusing but if you find the pre drilled hole you just screw it in and game on. AMAZING i love this closet soo much, soooo pretty.
