Flavor wise, best chai tea i've ever had! However... Packaging was bad. Very bad... When i got the product the box was broken open and while all 8 packets were sealed, the entire box and all packets inside were COVERED in chai powder, as well as the shipping box. I got this as a part of a double order, and i guarentee that if my pillow hadn't been in seperate packaging then the tea powder would've ruined it. Once again, amazing tea and i will be buying again, however some things need work out packing wise

Since sticking to a low carb diet I've tried making my own iced chai lattes and every time was a huge fail, until I found this concentrate!! I mix it with unsweetened soy milk, a splash of heavy cream and a tiny bit of vanilla extract, and it's a dead ringer for a Starbucks iced chai, but with no sugar!

I am an avid supporter of this product. I love chai but many of them are too 'biting' in their choice of blended flavors, not to mention the amount of sugar in each serving. This is PERFECT-a smooth blend and delicious either cold or hot. I'm hooked! I wish there was a way for them to offer sugar free in a powdered form so I could travel with it. Gotta have my morning chai to start the day.

You will not find a better sugar-free chai tea than this product. I fill my glass with ice 3/4 of the way with the chai tea. Mix a splash of sugar-free vanilla creamer, and top it off with coffee. You can't get it any better than that. I just hope they don't discontinue this product.
