No communication on replacing wrong item

This was not the product that I received. When I requested a replacement I was asked to return it through UPS. The package was given to UPS last Wednesday, and no reply on the return status has been received as of yet, I hoping that it is due to the Holiday. I will keep this post up to date as progression occurs.
