I've been buying this for YEARS, I found it in Louisiana. It is an excellent addition to ANY dish! Spice up steamed veggies, add it to the top of egg or chicken salad, add it to your eggs, add it to a roast or your choice of cut of meat for the grill or crockpot. I also use it to make cajun sweet pickles! YUMMMMOOO!!!
Turkey seasoning

We use this to season our deep fried turkey. We like em extra spicy so we usually end up adding grounded cayenne pepper because using more of this product to get the spicy effect would make the turkey skin salty. Otherwise love using this product! Must try on anything fried!!!

Good product but the red container is HOT so be careful how you you use it and how much you use. I made pork chops last night and sprinkled a little bit on them before baking and boy they were HOT.

Oh yah, love this stuff. I use this every meal, and depending on the mood of just regular cajun or hot cajun, this pair makes it very easier to adjust. For anyone who likes that cajun flavor, this is about as good as it gets.
