The brown color is a nice variation from the standard silver or gold/brass look. Installation is easy. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of problems with the individual key lock. The locks are sticky and difficult to open. Tenants complained a lot. Also, bought 2 mailboxes; both arrived damaged--one had a dent on top even though the packaging is fine, and the other had a bent door.
