Nice replacement switch.

Nice, clean, sturdy replacement for the garbage ones included with a fan. I like the functionality of switching + dimmer. Pain in the neck to get it to fit in a standard box - the rear panel is very deep.
Really Nice Design

I really like this design. The sliders don't feel cheap, which can't be said for anything from the big box stores. The switches are sized fine and also don't feel cheap. This can be used in a 3-way application, which isn't well-advertised on this site. I don't hear any buzzing or weird noises from the switch or fan. It is a proper white, not some faded color called white but is actually closer to ivory. The only weak point is the little sliver of plastic below the switches which in theory could come off, but I doubt it will unless you literally go prying to remove it. Highly recommended.
Look no further, the best dimmer I've tried and I've tried many

I love these dimmers. They are the absolute best design of any decora-style dimmer. Very intuitive, no nonsense layout. Love that you can upgrade the bottom strip with an LED night light for $6, makes it easy to find in the dark and the LED is directly below the switches, where it should be. The irony is this is not only the best dimmer I've used but it's the CHEAPEST.
The only problem is they are not entirely compatible with LED bulbs. There is an updated model, very rare, that supports a larger array of voltage and has a higher voltage startup when powering the bulbs on at a dim setting to "ignite" them. But if you can find it, it's also twice as much.
I use this dimmer with LED's anyway and just accept the limitations (they can only be dimmed around 50% before turning off, and they can only be turned on with the dimmer set above 50%.) They DO work with LED's in that the bulbs successfully dim, do not flicker, and there is no coil noise from the dimmer or the bulbs.
If these limitations bother you, consider this: a dimmed halogen\eco bulb uses only about double the power of an LED at full brightness. At the cost savings of this dimmer and the cheaper halogen bulbs, you likely wouldn't break even anytime soon if you just get used to keeping your bulbs dimmer. Dimmed bulbs also last A LOT longer than bulbs at full power. Look up the "Centenial light" worlds longest running light bulb in a California fire station. They've been burning it since 1901 at ~1 watt on the original filament.
I have three different model ceiling fans and 3 of these dimmers and all work perfectly with each fan. Two fans are hampton bay and one is a hunter. The hunter fan requires a dimmer (it has no pull strings or remote control) and the hampton bay fans are just set to their max setting on the pull string. The dimmers run the fans perfectly at low, medium and high.

Great Device! Maximum control and flexibility in a compact, single gang configuration, for ceiling fans that have lights. Very intuitive for guests who use them as well. No awkward knobs to turn, just nice toggles. 3 fan speeds and infinite light dimmer settings. Working great with LED (40w equivalent) dimmable bulbs. Uses same wall plate as a GFCI outlet, easy to find. No more "chain grabbing" for us!
Nice switch

Great switch. I have a ceiling light/fan in my dinning room. The switch itself is nice looking. White in color. One of the switches on the bottom is for the light and the other is for the fan. They are simple off and on. The light dimmer slides smoothly (up is all the way on and down is very low but not all the way off) The fan speed control slides up and down but not smoothly. It clicks into 3 different speeds. (up is the fastest, middle is middle and down is the lowest) Great switch with lots of options.
