I had the Harley bags and they were no where near the size and quality of these bags. The finish on my Harley bags was pealing off. It's a rubber like coating over fabric. After three years of touring the harley brand bags were shot.
I had decided to get these because I really like the look. These bags are high quality and look like it. They look like they willl last forever.
What everyone says about the bags sagging is true. They are heavy and sit above the lip of the dash by a half inch or so. There is no way the backing can support them. After a few hours they begin to sag.
I stopped a Home Depot and got a roll of the 1 inch wide foam rubber windows seal material with peal and stick backing. I cut two strips of the rubber and stuck them together, then stuck that to the lip on the dash. Perfect fit. Now the bags are pushed up against the windshield tight but they are big enough to completely cover the foam rubber strip so they are awesome.

Fit great and looks great, but rivet tore right out the first time removing it from its main piece (it's supposed to be removable) upon receipt and inspection. Great otherwise, but quality questionable.
Best upgrade to my old leather bags I could have picked.

What a nice look on my 2000 ultra classic. These bags look great and have a lot more room than the old leather bags I had before. I am very happy with these bags and I'm sure anyone else would be too.
