So far so good, the only thing I am having issues with is the plastic-like fasteners/clippers on the strap keeps popping off. I wish those were the same hard material as the hold it clips to. Other than that I love the bag. I kept dropping my computer in another bag and this one has the cushion if it falls and it is not that heavy when put my laptop in it.

Very good bag for the price. And this is coming from someone with custom made briefcases in the past as well as Tumi and others. I needed a slightly larger sized bag to accommodate some folders but do not want to add a lot of weight and this $20. Targus fits my needs perfectly . It holds it structure and is not floppy and has a simple main compartment and is not over complicated. It also seems very durable for the money. Very pleased.

I decided to upgrade my laptop bag. This looks nice, well made and simple. Front pocket has enough space to store the basic cables, charger and work tools I need. Laptop side hold my Lenovo 15.6 inch thinkpad plus my 2nd portable screen. Even take my note pad and still have more than enough space. The shoulder strap can be easily removed if you wanted to carry like a suitcase but I keep it on. The strap is thick and has a cushion making it comfy. No side slot for a water bottle or coffee mug but I'm over carrying so many things and just keeping it simple.
