I REALLY LOVE how it looks! My windows are floor to ceiling, so it was a bit of a challenge getting the alignment right each time. But, I love the fact that they are NOT sticky, but static, so I could re-adjust as many times as I needed to, without damaging the product. No residue is left on the window, except water. I must say tho, that I thought the bamboo was cut out, and that peaks of light would shine thru them, but it doesn't. So, i was a bit disappointed about that, but I still love how it looks. Because I have river and mountain views, I chose to leave the left of each window exposed, so that not all of my amazing view was not blocked. Great job on the quality of this product.The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is because it takes way too long to open it. It would be great if you added an easy open feature. I would definitely recommend this product. My pix show what it looks like day and evening.

We were so happy with this purchase. It was perfect for our two side windows by the entrance. They let light in without losing privacy. Also, the design looks pleasing and not cheap. It was also relatively easy to put on.

Alas, our joy was short-lived. Only 2 months after having these on, they have now begun to peel off from the edges. There is zero contact or human interaction with these windows so they have just started to peel by themselves. Pretty disappointed since other than the peeling we really liked these. Wish they lasted longer than 2 months.

My bedroom balcony door opens to the pool and I needed privacy, but still wanted the sun.This door privacy film works beautifully. Very easy to apply and can be applied without another person. Although finding the edge of the film is a little tricky, once you get it lifted, its best if you begin at the top and apply down to let the film naturally roll down. Following the directions is a breeze. Clean the glass thoroughly and leave a little water (or solution) evenly on the glass. Its cling film - so it needs something to "cling" to in order to stay on without bumpy patches. Very easy to smooth and looks perfect on. I did both sides of the patio door in less than 10 minutes.
Only giving it 4 stars, because although it says it "fits standard doors" it did not completely cover the entire door width wise - but the length is perfect. One Roll is only enough for ONE side of your door. I bought 4 rolls so I had extra to cut and fit to the sides of the doors where the film did not reach. Definitely worth it and looks beautiful on.

We put this bamboo window film on a 15 panel front door and it looks amazing! The product was incredibly easy to place...use plenty of water. We have some small outdoor colored Chinese lanterns on our porch. With the XActo knife, I cut out the leaves and stalks on the top window panels and the effect is awesome.

In summary; the order arrived a day early, the product is easy to manage and the transformation of our door is beautiful simplicity.

I'll repeat what's already been said for others here: easy application, looks great! I applied this by myself a few weeks ago, and have no problem with peeling. I've tested the opacity of the cling (had my boyfriend stand outside and play "Peeping Tom"), and while he could see my shape in the window, he couldn't see anything more than that. I think this particular pattern looks better in person than it does in the photo; I was afraid it might be cheesy, but it's far classier than I expected.

I also thought it was pretty easy to install myself; the first window took me 30-45 minutes, and the second window went even faster, once I had gotten the hang of it. I did end up buying Gila's application kit (GILA FS600 Window Film Complete Application Tool Kit), and I would feel like it really helped (I don't just have squeegees laying around the house, and the box cutter that was included was actually really sharp and cut through the film like a hot knife through butter).

One thing I have noticed (and the reason that I didn't give this product full marks) is that bubbles developed between the film and the glass after the glass and film had dried. I was really careful to press out all the bubbles during the application process; I know I didn't leave any behind, but woke up the next morning to a few here and there. That being said, they are not all that noticeable, and are mostly at the outer edges.

All in all, a good product that fit my needs and was easy (and cheap) to install.
