Bought enough to seal my whole aluminum roof seams and end caps. This product is simply fabulous! I had a leak coming in and could not find the source around a window so went straight to the roof and corner cap seams to inspect. Decided to replace all gutter screws with low rounded heads, laid out two long strips on top with enough hanging over the edge to seal over the screws. Use the eternaclean spray to clean your roof well according to type. This is a very good product and recommend it for easily getting your surface prepped. It doesn't have an overbearing odor and the spray tip keeps the cleaner where you want it. Caulked edges with di-cor then laid my end cap strips over replaced screws with rounded heads, caulked those and doubled the corners for good measure. So far it's holding up well. I didn't find it difficult to use, just peel off enough to lay down a 10" or so strip and carefully smooth it out as you go. Any accidental adhesion can be peeled back using a heat gun and a gentle but steady pull. Easy. It is still usable and seems to 'self heal'. If you get an air bubble you can usually rub it out. If not, take pin and pop anything larger than 1/2"
in diameter, rub it down hard then place a smaller piece big enough to overlap that area several inches, then caulk those edges. If you find any areas that did not get a good bond or look iffy just use a heat gun gently and roll/press it down.If you don't apply pressure as you lay it down you will not get a good seal. So far the leak has stopped which is a major accomplishment. I don't anticipate having to redo this for a very long time.

VERY STICKY, but that's a good thing! used it to seal up seams on the pop-outs that were starting to wear and roll back from repeated opening and closing of the rooms. Just be sure to clean the area well to get rid of dust and dirt, and then, with rubbing alcohol to make sure the bond with the tape is strong. Also, I would not recommend taking the backing off and trying to position the tape unless you have a good and competent helper (if the tape touches itself, oooops)..... rather, peel back a little and smooth tape into place, then peel back a little bit more, etc..... And, be sure to use a wood roller or something to help smooth the bubbles and get good adhesion. Great stuff to carry around for emergency repairs.
Love it!!!!

Sealed some holes and cracks in our ugly box truck and worked great. To bring it in to get a RV place to replace the area cracked and fix the holes they wanted over $3,000 or sell me this tape for $250 for the same roll I got on here. I found it on here and with the cleaner, roller and tape I paid under $100 doing it myself.
I did work with my 10 year old son and yes this is ultra sticky. He put a long strip down wrong and was some serious work to pull it off and that wasn't even rolled down. So that showed me it would stay for sure rolled down. Lol. Was told this will last for 5 Plus years then need to replace. Well that is fine with me to replace every 5 or so years for the funding I saved.

ive been using this tape to seal seams on our fifth wheel. Works great makes the job way easier and im looking forward to not having to caulk every 6 months. I got the 4 inch size and will sometimes cut it down to 2inches for small repairs. Its flipping expensive so make sure you clean your area before applying it otherwise it might peel off. Ive seen people apply it with that tool i dont see the need i just use my hands havent had a problem yet.
Don't be without it...ever!

This stuff is amazing. We used it on our first RV to extend the life of the awning. Just a single strip close to the coach and the crack from weather were covered and it looked great. This time we were putting in new Fantastic Fans and I didn't like the look of the self-leveling caulk. I cut pieces for all the sides and now it has a finished look. You only get one shot, so make sure the tape is where you want it before pulling the back off. EternaBond is a go to for lots of repairs around the rig and the house as well.
