Power to the XM

Installed this in the RV to have XM when we are on the road. The 12V plug I had been using was causing noise on the speaker system for some reason. This wired directly to the fuse panel, eliminated the noise, and cleared wires off the dashboard.

I hated when the radio would turn off due to an accidental bump of the power cord. This got wired directly to the head unit power so now it turns on/off with the ignition. No more dead batteries after a long weekend and forgetting to turn off the Sirius radio. Great product that comes with sufficient cords to complete any install.
Interfers with FM transmission from the XM radio... have to use radios aux plug.

To much interference with FM transmission. Does power the radio but interferes with FM transmission... I have to use the aux on my radio.

Great because it will work with old and newer docks. Has two power connectors. Wish it had an option to buy with a mini fuse adapter. Otherwise it is fine. This is my second one so I can use my portable in multiple cars w/o paying for multiple subscriptions.
