The media could not be loaded. So the product itself works great. This training ball has definitely helped me improve my speed control and English. Only problem was the ball was used as it came in a package that was pre opened with tape on the bottom barely holding it together. That's why it got 4 instead of 5 stars. I would recommend it though if you're trying to perfect your pool game.
