Only water for us. Read their website for their research. Hydrates more than other water due to pH, alkaline helps fight inflammation. Our dr recommended to us, and I've switched a dozen people over to it as I've raved about it. Amazon, please offer more cases in different sizes. We are addicted, this is superior water.

I have been drinking this water for about a year and a half. I could consistently buy it at a store 20 miles from my house and inconsistently find it at the store 6 miles from my house. We really like this water. Tastes good, and we love the health benefits. I gave it four stars because this past order arrived in a very beaten up box, which is fine, but every bottle was covered in a thick dust, that when washed turned slimy. Its pretty gross. If it happens again we will just go back to a competator.
