Works great, once you can get it paired
Brian J•July 27, 2014
I have been trying to get a Bluetooth connection from my computer to a soundbar. I tried numerous USB Bluetooth dongles and all of them seemed to work - at first. They, the crackling and popping started! It was driving me nuts! I came to the conclusion it was something with the computer, as my phone would connect to the soundbar no problem. I saw this on Amazon and figured I'd give it a try. The instructions don't seem to be correct - I couldn't get it to pair unless I held down the power button for longer than 3 seconds, then it paired right up! That's why I didn't give it 5 stars. Also, it does seem to work just fine while it is charging. Audio sounds great!
it works...lol

after wading through all the amazon junk to find this...IT DID WORK.. on my tv....plug it in to the tv sound outlet and then connect to wireless bluetooth headsets....you do need a 3.5mm Stereo Female to RCA Male Y-
UPDATE 3.21.14: It's stopped working...i guess the battery has run out and this thing does not allow changing batteries which is very odd. Too bad ..as the device does work well with all my wireless stuff(phone, tv,headphones,etc.). the price should be dropped to $5 so you could just order another when one stopped working....but I guess, stiffing someone for $25 a purchase is better than selling it multiple times at $5 each....ahhh...good old capitalism at its finest

went dead after three uses in fitness classes

I was very excited to use this in conjunction with the Britelink receiver and my ipod touch 2nd gen (which was before they had blue tooth). I am a fitness instructor and work with various studios and stereos, and this made my life so much easier...for about 1 month. I did not have to keep running back and forth to the stereo in class. Then the blue light came on and would not turn off. I took it home to my computer and tried everything, which finally turned into waiting for the charge to run out ( 1 1/2 weeks) so the light would turn off. Then it was completely dead and will not charge through the USB charger. By then the Amazon 30 day return policy had passed and I also had no success contacting Britelink directly. So I own a lovely receiver and a piece of trash to go with it (paid about $25 for each). I have a friend who did the exact same thing and hers are still working fine. I'm not sure if I'm willing to try again. But if I do I will make sure to keep an eye on the 30 day return period!!
Works nicely in 2013 Camry

Writing review because there were no reviews describing usage in a vehicle. Fidelity is very good. To make it work you must do this in the order listed. 1. Charge the battery. 2. Turn on vehicle audio and start the Bluetooth searching mode. 3. Power up the BT module. 4. Press play on your music player.
Also contrary to what others have said the module does power down in 5 minutes. But the BT link must be broken for it to power down.
Read the instructions provided. They are unbeliveably good compared to most products you buy these days!

Works Well

Good volume. Sync from TV is off very slightly but not enough to be a problem. Odd because I'm very sensitive to this. Strangely lag from Yamaha PSR-500 keyboard is seconds. It's the only thing can't use this with for lag. Bluetooth can be a little tricky when pairing 2 blind devices but suspect this is the case for everything BT. Varying turn on times for devices can help. i.e. I turn Motorola headphones on ~5 seconds before xmitter. Won't pair with a mono headset is most of the reason for taking off a star. No walwart but have plenty of USB chargers so consider this a plus on something not requiring heavy current.
I think its a good product and value.
