I have a big, black, and beautiful TN Walking horse who is trippy and not gaiting on cue. I bought these weighted bell boots to see what he would do and BAM! the tripping has greatly improved as well as his gaiting! As he is getting in better shape these issues are just continuing to improve. They are not heavy at all, especially for horses who are used to wearing a bell boot anyway. It was just enough to make my horse more aware of his big ole clunky feet. Glad I bought them!

These seemed to have made a difference for our 16.2 TB that is prone to tripping since he won't pick up his feet. Steps higher and more aware of where his feet are! We rotate front to back and the routine appears to be working.
