I can't say I actually like it much, but I think that it is because I had to buy a size "Regular" as there is no "Small". I need to tighten it up so much that it distorts the way it works and makes my ears hurt. Boo. I'm sure it would be ok for normal headed people though.

This item works. I don't snore when I wear it. but you have to get used to it. It feels weird and a little uncomfortable. But after a while you get used to the feel of it.

My husband's sleep study suggested CPAP but his PTSD precludes it. Looking for an alternative, I came across this. I had seen ones like it but at $175 to $300, it seemed a steep price for the off chance that it would work. At the price of the CareFusion Strap I said, "Why not?". I am so glad I did. His sleep (and mine) have improved dramatically. He does not wake up having panic attacks like he did with CPAP or with untreated apnea. It looks a bit silly but that is a small price to pay for improved sleep for everyone. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and already have recommended it to family and friends who are on CPAP but not liking it.
