These tomatoes really made the homemade Pizza taste like Napoli, Italy. I've always made pizza at home using a special small oven from Williams & Sonoma using cooked tomato sauce and couldn't understand why it didn't taste as good as what we had in Italy. The fresh peeled tomatoes with the DOP on the label was the difference long with using "00" flour for the dough. Great results.

We attended pizza making school. It was fun and we learned which ingredients to use to make authentic Italian pizza. Our chef instructor, trained and certified in Italy, said these tomatoes were the best for use on pizza made in a wood fired oven! He was right! They are amazing in taste and make the best Margherita pizza.
