Junk, did not provide support, was too rigid for a ladies curves. Unless your body is a block, and you don't need support, don't buy this. I had an abdominal surgery and thought this looked like a good way to go - it was not. Old maternity belts were better. This thing just shifted up above my natural waste any time I sat or bent, irritating my incision.

The Ita-med Breathable Elastic Binder is a wonderfully comfortable binder. I got this after abdominal surgery, and it wasn't uncomfortable at all! The compression of the binder helped with the swelling, and it did a lot to expedite my healing. I know that they are useful in other situations, but for sure, this binder could not be beat for postoperative support.

Rolls down bad and came apart the first time I washed it. Been wearing a binder for 3 years and this one did not perform well for me. It was too big too. Order a size smaller if you order one.
