Red Boat Fish Sauce is divine! I use it in so may things. I love Asian inspired cooking but I also use it when I'm mixing hamburger meat with onions for the grill, I sprinkle some on pork chops and cabbage. It gives everything just the right amount of umami. And it's Whole30 compliant!!!

So I bought this for use in a coconut catfish stew. It was lovely. For those that can imagine fish sauce in general I think tastes a great deal like what LB (luria Broth) smells like. Its a bit meaty, a little fishy tasting but overall very pleasant. It was perfect for what I was making!
