This is not necessarily the Cool Touch of yore. However, this does still remain the one tissue that won't wear your nose down after repeated use during those sniffle seasons. The cool touch formulation might be irritating for some, but for most this tissue performs in a way that lotion-covered tissues only promise.

Hands down the best facial tissue you can buy. I have allergies, so my nose gets a lot of contact with tissue. This is the first tissue I've ever used that doesn't make my nose raw. Even with a cold!

Discovered Kleenex cool touch years ago when it was introduced and it has become more and more difficult to find in local stores. I was happy to find it online and at a reasonable price. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I am stuck with several boxes advertising Disney but maybe that is why the price is good!
Too many regular Kleenex in "Frozen" boxes

There are too many regular Kleenex tissues in the new "Frozen" boxes. These are rough in texture and are not coated, so they are not cold. So now there are only about 1/3rd of 50 tissues in the box that are the actual product that is paid for. Rip-off!

I love these. They are soft and cooling and don't leave paper dust everywhere like regular tissues. I wish they made toilet tissue out of this, no dust, no flaking and bits everywhere, cooling and soothing.
