First the positives. For what these are they seem to be well made. The powder coat paint looks like it is completely covering the inside and out.

I should have paid closer attention to the size measurements of the cups. I was expecting cups about the size of standard soup cans. As you can see from my pics they are only about 33mm across. They will work, but the cost is about twice as much as it should be for the size.

The media could not be loaded. The chains feel solid and are a deep black. We wanted to replace our old down spouts from the 1960's. The top has a triangular hook the fed into our gutter to allow the chain the hang without additional parts. We hung these from our gutters on our standard ranch style house and the chains touched the ground, so they were definitely long enough. They look good but don't flow the water in a nice stream unless it's pouring. When pouring, the water streams very nicely but a mild rain makes the rain kind of fly everywhere as can be seen in my video. We decided the chains were so much better than our old spouts that it's worth a little water flying here and there. They do flop a little in the wind, but never enough that they hit our house.

There's nothing to NOT like about this. Looks great, works great. I put a plastic funnel in the gutter to direct water flow more directly into the rain chain.

It looks elegant and it does the job.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful functional and well designed. Had my gutter man install.. just a few issues: make sure you use the gutter adapter or you won't be able to install, if you are directing chain into a container or pot make sure you have A drainage hole in bottom that you can attach the chain to with a copper wire. The gutter adapter will need sealing with silicone around the perimeter or water will direct around the down spot and spit an unattractive pattern of water. I used silicon to seal the areas inside the gutter where the base of adapter sits against the gutter. After 24 hrs I taped all around the perimeter ( inside gutter ) with Flex Tape! I also sealed the perimeter of down spout coming out of the gutter with clear silicon . It worked beautifully and I was then able to enjoy a beautiful stream of water down the center of the chain. It was a lil bit of work.. but imo worth it. Really love this chain !
