Fits perfectly and even gives you all the inserts that may come out in the future. Just be sure to glue them in firmly.

Great item. Just what I needed to replace the one rubber pad that was missing. After gluing it down. I rode my bike and when I got back the second rubber pad was missing. Had what I needed to replace it. Kuryakyn needs to have all the pads be held down by screws.
