OMG! This stuff is so rich and awesome, it puts regular milk chocolate to shame! Now I will only drink the milk chocolate if we are totally out of the dark! After brewing, I add about a tablespoon of real cream, which makes it better. On the weekends I'll add some Run Chata into it also.
I can't find it anywhere else except Amazon. :(

I did not realize until after I bought this that it is flavored with Splenda - just a word of caution to anyone avoiding artificial sweeteners. However, I must admit that I really like the flavor! Of course, it does not compare to regular packets of hot cocoa, but in a pinch these are great! I brew these on either 6oz (I prefer this) or 8oz (can taste a bit watery).

Not as great as other reviewer's claim in my opinion. This chocolate tastes OK but it is not stellar. To date I haven't found a cake up hot chocolate that is stellar. They all taste slightly insipid and lack that old time hot chocolate with mother and daddy taste. The level of insipidness varies by brand. I can't say that Grove Square hot cocoa is any better than SwissMiss. Maybe it's the batch I received but based on others reviews I was expecting a deeper richer taste experience.

I always read the one star reviews and laugh, I love the product, planned on using one per day replacing my coffee, use at least 2 per day, current order 48, will use subscription for next order. Some people do not read the description, nor do they do a direct complained to Amazon. I've found that they respond regarding complains and for prime it's an immediate response

I've ordered these cups several times as my family cannot get enough of them. I've learned to hide a few or they are gone before I know it. The cocoa is rich but not too heavy and is just about the best I've had out of all other cups and instant packets. We enjoy cocoa throughout the year, not just during colder months and have gotten creative with these cups such as preparing the cocoa as usual in our Keurig and then allowing it to cool before chilling it and drinking it like cold chocolate milk...they make a drink similar to Yoo Hoo...delicious!
