THIS STUFF WORKS! I have a 4 month old that just started teething, and she's been having a rough time with it. I avoid OTC painkillers like acetaminophen and ibuprofen. These drops help calm my baby without sedating her, and definitely takes the edge off of her excruciating pain. What I like most about these, is that my daughter enjoys swallowing the drops. They have no flavor and taste like water (I tested them on myself before giving them to her.) No yucky chemical or medicine taste. I've already purchased 3 more boxes because they work wonders for her.
Pro tip: They seem to work best if delivered before a feeding. If I give these to my daughter when she's in pain, and then feed her afterwards, she is more likely to not decline the breast due to pain. Definitely helps this mama feel relieved that my baby is able to get nutrients instead of refusing to breastfeed while teething, like many babies do.

I wanted a more natural remedy for my teething daughter that didn't require giving her children's tylenol so often. She definitely likes the taste (although she loves taking most liquid medications) and this stuff seems to work as long as the pain isn't unbearable for her. Even if this stuff cuts the number of tylenol doses in half, that's a win. Individual doses are convenient and ends up costing about 28 cents each.

However, I don't really know if the diarreah is caused by the drops or teething. PS.. never before my baby got diarreah due to teething. I'm inclining towards the Drops.

Let me start by saying I have done SO much research on teething remedies. I have spent so much money on products. From amber teething necklaces, to teething oils, to teething tools. NOTHINGS HELPS AS MUCH AS THIS!! Oh it's sent from heaven. My girl is currently popping 2+ teeth. All I have to do isn't give her a vial and she calms quickly.
