Works better than I expected. Our service dog trainer recommended the CD as a beginning training tool to help expose the puppy from a safe enviroment at home to sounds he may not hear regularly: loud cars, garbage truck you hear once a week, trains, thunder stroms... etc. He is scared by nothing and hardly ever jumps at any noises. So, i would count it a remarkable success.
