Ok but some issues

Two issues. First, we will occasionally receive sweet pickles instead of dill in our order. Amazon remedies that. Second, sir of the pickles are soft, which is likely because of temperature changes or the age of the item. I'll order these again because I can't find them anywhere else in bulk, but...
