This jack was totally useless to me
Jim516✓ Verified Purchase•May 24, 2016
Almost impossible to turn when it is under moderate load. If the surface that the jack is sitting on is not solid, the bottom jack pad with fold upward. I have a 2500 pound boat on a single axle trailer. I attempted to jack the axle and raise a flattened tire off the ground on one side. This jack was totally useless to me, I could not turn the crank handle to raise the load. Going in the scrap metal recycle bin. It is out of warranty.
Junk scissor jack
The Robster✓ Verified Purchase•October 13, 2015
Have had this for over a year and now its getting difficult to get the jacking pushing upwards at first. Then it gets easy to lift the vehcile. But used to work flawlessly at first. Based on that, I'd have to give this scissor jack a junk rating.
Handle sucks and makes it difficult to use. Jack is OK.

It's OK. The handle has issues. It is too small so raising the car is a lot harder work than most jacks; you don't have as much leverage as you should. It doesn't hold well so is awkward to turn and the steel in the handle gets cut/dinged up fast because the pressure on isn't going to the right place. OK jack, not OK handle.
flasly advertised

The description of the scissor jack does not mention the product's lift range capability. The picture of the box that is included in the picture display on amazon says that the jack has a lift range from 9'' -17 7/8 inches. The jack i received only goes up to 15 inches. this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that i have a truck and the jack only lifts my truck up a few centimeters making it difficult for any future potential flats that i might have to switch out. if you have a car, this jack should work just fine.
Best Jack for Women to Use
Pat✓ Verified Purchase•December 4, 2013
Lives up to its advertisement! Easy to use. Stable. Once you get the hang of how to use the 'wand-like device' to latch on and turn, it's easier than any jack I've ever owned. My use was as a woman raising the body of a sitting mower to change the tire. Love it!
