Although the chair and cushions look just fine and comfortable etc etc....There is a product issue that needs to be addressed...There is an interior water proofing material that deteriorates after only a few months in the sun and makes your water proof cushions, into sponges that can not repel or stay water proof....unfortunately, eventually the cushions act as sponges and are rarely dry even days after a slight rain.... When reported this issue to Lexmod I was told there is NO product defect and I should pour the water off the cushions after it rains...REALLY?! Do you think your customers are that dumb....?!

Terrible quality; we have had this for a year and a half; 6 months into it, the pillows were completely faded; also now, 1 1/2 years after, the wicker is falling in and torn and the cushion is ripped; we have NO animals and barely even use it!!

This is a nice compact unit, which is perfect for my space. It would fit 2 adults comfortably. And it is both beautiful and perfectly designed for lounging, or sleeping outside.

The wicker is a bit less less rugged than I'd hoped, which is the only reason I'm taking off a star. It gives noticeably when I'm sitting in it alone (and I'm pretty small), so I'm hoping it's just flexible and that it won't sag over time. The throw pillows are well stuffed. The seat pads are ok, but I can imagine swapping out the original foam for something more dense later. The fact that all of the covers are removable is a big plus.

The delivery process was a bit less smooth than I'd expect from Amazon. It's not really possible to track where the order is. There are multiple shippers involved and Amazon customer service didn't have any information. My first order was damaged in transit and refused by the final shipper in the delivery chain, who sent me an email, with very little information, just saying it wasn't going to be delivered the next day as scheduled, and they'd update the status when there was any news. Three days later, there's no news, the order appears as "refused" in my Amazon account, and a refund was scheduled to be processed. Amazon customer service couldn't identify what was going on by email, and it took a phone call to sort things out. I was actually the person who told them that it had never been delivered to me. It all worked out in the end, it was just a bit of a PITA.

This is the 2nd outdoor lexmod couch I've purchased.
The 1st, I got in brown wicker with white cushions. I had difficulty getting it delivered as it took long and had to reschedule. Amazon was great about giving me a discount that time. It held up very well and I used it a lot.
I sold it to a friend as I moved cross country.
I decided to purchase this style this time. I ordered it and my order got stuck. I had a very hard time getting an answer as to where my couch was. Finally I spoke to a manager who recommended I cancel my order and reorder a new one. They compensated me for the difficulties I'd had and within a week I received the new order.
The couch arrived and it is beautiful. It is very colorful and comfortable. I used an outdoor Scotchgard to try to prevent too much soaking when it rains as the cushions do tend to get wet. The footrest cushion does tend to slide off but if you put down some velcro tape that will hold it on better.

Update to my review. I have had this for two years. Last year, the plastic wicker began to fray and grow brittle. The round table area collapsed in on itself. Just this week. The wicker began ripping away from the back of the seating area. This is a very expensive piece for this to happen to. I've covered the whole piece with a patio cover so it has not been exposed unreasonably to the elements. I'm hoping I'll get a response from the company on how to repair this or replace it.

Well designed and fits perfect with our covered patio. Sun or moisture seam to cause some issues.
The cat loves it, thinks it's his new oversized bed.
