Good product but beware any crate can break your dogs leg

I had this same one for my previous dog. However when my new puppy got in it she got her leg stuck in side of cage. I googled dogs getting legs caught in crates it's actually fairly common they occasional panic and break their legs. I was lucky I was there to free her. There was nothing wrong with this crate it is top quality just beware of the chance your dog can get hurt in any crate. Needles to say my cat loved to go into the other crate I had as it was the only way she was allowed outside so that is what this will be used for as cats have more flexible legs and I won't have to worry.
I Really Like These Kennels!

Love these crates. They are well made, close and lock easily. I've tried others and now only have this brand. I have four. Each dog has their own crate and love having their own space when the household gets chaotic. They will retreat to their own cave and are fed in their kennels. When I have to leave for errands it is a safe space for each dog and I don't have to worry about them getting into anything. Having the two doors has made it so that I can have versatility in arrangements.
Crates aren't made like they used to

Works ok. Crates aren't made like they used to. Cheap metal. My 65 pound GSD puppy has broken out twice. Bent the door. I had bought this to replace a crate i had had for almost 20 years, movers finally broke it. Wish a company would go back to the old heavy duty gauge wire instead of this flimsy crap that a yorkie could bend.
Great for dogs, or long distance travel with two kitties

First off, it's a huge crate. Originally designed for dogs, I used it to safely transport my cats from Southern Indiana to Texas. My cats litter box and Kittie condo only took up half the space in the crate leaving them room to roam a bit. The crate is easy to open, shut as well as fold up and down. It is now safely stored under my bed. I would purchase it again in a heartbeat!
Soooo perfect for my needs!

I just love this cage. She goes back and forth from the playpen to the cage.
