This Acetaminophen Doesnt Work

Acetaminophen in any form is a weak analgesic (pain reliever). But this product is worthless! There is something very wrong with this product. It does not work at all! I would not be surprised to find out it was manufactured in a gang or mafia controlled lab and is fake. I want my money back.

So I bought the old brand-name 500mg pills FROM A LOCAL DRUGSTORE and they work fine.

This stuff is great--I have back pain & this really helps plus I love the "extended release" aspect--can really tell the difference from other products where the relief hits you all at once.This keeps up a nice steady stream of relief.
