Works great. As described.
Did the trick, the MB4 sealed my granite vanity top with 3 coats.

This stuff is the real deal. Did the trick and stopped the new vanity top from water spotting. I found the instructions on the MB4 sealer to be a little odd. They talked about sprinkling it on the surface and spreading with a cloth. I couldn't figure that out at all. Thankfully this came with a spray top for the cleaner and that was much easier to use on the sealer bottle. I just sprayed a thin film on the surface and worked it around with a microfiber cloth. After three applications, letting it dry for a couple hours between I wiped the surface with a cloth dampened with the sealer, but I didn't notice any real haze that needed to be cleaned. After that dried the polish sparkled it right up and I'm quite pleased with the result.
Didn't work for me

I bought this to try to fix the water spots on my bathroom granite but it didn't help. Instead I went to Home Depot and bought the 511 which did a good job, probably because it is solvent based instead of water based like this one.
Polish

New home new granite , not well polished. Tried box store polish never worked. The three step program worked, with little effort or smell, love it
Cleaner and conditioner worked well.

The cleaner and conditioner worked well. However the sealer left spots even when you sprinkled and rubbed it in exactly as directed.
