Hope you don't mind the smell of rubber that's the only negative. Held a outside tent in 45 mile a hour wind effortlessly. Just make sure they can be stored outside and used outside due to the odor.

Stop looking like a craft fair amateur with water jugs, tent stakes or whatever and go pro with these rad weights. No worries whether you set up on asphalt, dirt, grass, or snow. They are heavy to lug around because, duh, that's how they work. Nice handles help tho. Glad I spent the money on these!

I use this to hold down my backdrops and are great to handle and move around the only down side is the horrible smell I try washing theme with soap Clorox & pine sol and water and the smell was a lot less but at first when I took them from one place to another in my car I got a headache and after a week the smell isn't as bad but still keep them outside

"Oooh that smell" Mine have been on the porch outside off gassing"¦ for four years! They work, the handles make for easy transport, they are half the price of another brand here on Amazon. If you can transport them in a pickup truck bed the stink won't get you. They work for me setting up fireworks out in the field. I like them better than the smaller ones because you don't need so many. But the smaller ones don't stink and are lighter per each so easier to handle. If you are serving food or selling crafts maybe not the best. If you are doing manly work, not so bad.
Update: At the five year mark, they no longer smell. And they are super durable, having lived outside in Texas for the duration. I would buy them again, they work quite well in the wind.
UPDATE: They were $109 a few years ago, now $150. So twice the price per pound as some others. If a good deal comes around I'll snag another set.
