We purchased the entire set after Christmas last year. We live in WI so snow and cold is always an issue but this year we had 2 days with 50 miles per hour winds and one day getting to 60 miles per hour. It held up without any problems. The post that were provided never bent. We did get a 6 inches of snow and one of the sheep got covered never to be seen till we brought the set in. (Wish the set was about 6 inches taller.) The only negative was that 2 sheep didn't come with posts. They are to be placed in the ground directly and when the ground freezes in WI it might be hard to remove till spring. We did call the company and for a small fee did send an extra post and brackets. The post was easy to cut and the brackets were easy to install. Even if the post get frozen in the ground you can easily slide the people and animals over the top and remove and when the ground thaws can bring in the post. We used three blue spot lights to direct at the set along with a string of lights on our rain gutter that were solid C9 blue bulbs and every few lights we replaced the bulb with a C9 twinkling blue to resemble stars. Our house is about 25 feet wide and the display looked nice size for our home. The display is light weight and stores flat so it doesn't take up much room. We did a photo of each layer of each box so repacking will be easy. We did order the Drummer Boy for next year. Having the full set doesn't mean you need to display all the pieces every year but gives you options to display all or part.

This nativity set is absolutely stunning! For me, it displays the true meaning of Christmas. The nativity scene arrived well packaged, with assembly instructions that were completely understandable. I put it together myself in about 30 minutes. The simplicity of the white characters of the display is perfect for making a statement, and they are highly reflective. I used 3 solar spotlights to light the nativity, and the result is awesome! I placed the manger and angels on top of a small hill in my yard, and it is trailed by the shepherd, cow and mule. The Wise Men and camel are at the bottom of the hill and just over to the right. The placement tells the story perfectly. I have seen people turn around in their cars and drive by again to get a better look at the nativity, so it is spreading the word. Lastly, we had 50+ mph winds yesterday, and my nativity stood strong and proud! I am more than happy with this purchase.

Several years ago I bought a 4 x 8 sheet of Azek at Home Depot. This nativity reminds me of that material. I also remember how difficult it was to cut in straight lines and how hot the saw blade got. So, looking at all the nice smooth, curved lines on this nativity made forget how much I paid for it...! Also, every few years when I would have painted a wood nativity, I'll also forget the original price. I bought based on the reviews here on Amazon and they were right.

We ordered this set without seeing it first, and just went by the dimensions. That was a little misleading as the highest point is used, and most of the parts are only half that high. So when it came out of the well packed boxes, we were underwhelmed by the smaller size. But when it was put out in the yard (I put the pieces much closer together), and put a spotlight on it, we decided to keep it.
I wish it had been a little taller as we have a huge yard, but it is still a beautiful set and looks good from the street. It was easy to install in about an hour and a half (mostly arranging pieces), and easy to pack up and get in the attic after Christmas.

We are so happy with this Nativity scene purchase. Our yard has never looked so beautiful at Christmas. Unlike many of our neighbors who have lighted wire frame decorations, our beautiful scene shows up clearly during the day and because we have 2 small spot lights on it at night it is lovely and clearly visible at night, as well. It will take an hour or so to set it up, but it's worth the trouble. We highly recommend this Outdoor Nativity Scene.
