This is an excellent unit. I am making 6-8 gallons a week for humidifiers throughout the house. Very easy to use and clean. After several months the heater unit went out. The unit was replaced immediately. Great customer service and product. Would recommend this product highly.
Waste of money

So far I am very disappointed I set it up then added water and as it heated up it went all over the counter through the lower portion of the front of the machine. Flooded my counter, what few drops I did get tasted like plastic. Where is the purity? Maybe this one is just defective. I think it's cheaper just to buy distilled water at the store. I will update this post tomorrow after I give it one more try and I take pictures.
