I ordered these because I accidentally lost mine while washing my face & needed to replace it. My favorite place to get them is a tattoo & piercing shop for $5 each, so I thought I'd try these out for a better price. These nose rings are not horrible, but they're thicker around than I'm used to & the stone part itself stands higher off my nostril than I prefer. I can also see a lot of the metal bowl that holds the stone & I wish it was more dainty, and laid flat to only show the stone. I guess I am a little picky, but maybe this review will help other women with similar preferences. I am going to go buy a few of the ones I really like tomorrow, but I guess these are okay for the meantime.

I have finally found nose studs that dont fall out of my nose. The end is like a corkscrew, so though it takes a little while to get the stud in, but then it doesnt budge

i use nose screws for my tragus piercing because they don't fall out and are dainty!

appearance: most nose screws lose their "sparkle" after a week or two. these do but not as dramatically as most. theres still a lot of sparkle!
durability: these are pretty sturdy. they don't bend easily and im pretty sure they'll last! the gems do not just fall out like with some other nose studs.
packaging: these come loosely in a small Ziploc bag the size of a credit card. I find it convenient vs packaging you have to cut up and find a way to store the rest.

I am extremely happy with these cute little nose rings, especially for such a good price!

The nose ring I had in prior to this constantly moved away from my nose & not lay flat against it. It was very annoying, I had to keep checking it & pushing it in so it would be flat against my nose.
My new nose rings are smaller around and never give me any issues with moving away from my nose. They always stay flat against my nose where they should be- which of coarse makes me happy. These nose rings are also way more comfortable to wear since they aren't as big. They're so comfortable in fact, that I can't even feel that it's in unless I push on it.
Another good thing about these- they do not ever fall out. It only comes out if you take it out. Other nose rings I've had are just a straight rod, and if I forgot to take them out before going to bed, it would fall out at some point while I was sleeping.

The only con I have is that it did take an extremely long time for these to get delivered. I would say it was about 2 months. It really isn't a big deal to me though because they barely cost anything, and it ended up being worth the wait.

Plain and simple. I would have liked the gems to be a little larger, but I think that's just my preference. My nose was pierced with a 14 gauge needle so the hole is a little bigger then most peoples. Because of this, I have had the ring pull all the way through a few times. I did not pay for shipping so it took a very long time which was to be expected. I think these showed up about a month after I ordered them. So far none of the gems have fallen out but I also took a precautionary step to prevent that by adding a clear coat over the gem.
