These really are beautiful lamps at a great price. Unfortunately in assembling the lamps, one of the switches bent and made the lamp hard to turn off and on. You also have to be careful to avoid coming into contact with the "wood" portion of the lamp as the finish fades. Lamps Plus was PHENOMENAL in replacing the lamp. But I've noticed the wood is wearing away on the replacement as well. Lamps Plus is a good company and I have made many many quality purchases from them where I was more than satisfied. I'd recommend them and buy from them again but I cant recommend these lamps.
