I bought these super aggressive crampons because I was attempting Rainer with no snow - that means rock, sand and raw glacier. These are incredibly aggressive spikes. The fitting system is the best I have ever used. There are usually on the pricey side but I got them on sale for around 90 bucks. I can't go back to older brands after these.
